Calgary Wranglers Indio Sport reviews
What a fabulous night in Ridgefield!!!
Cheap Trick was their usual wonderful selves and put on a typically great show. I really loved it when Jason and his bandmates joined Calgary Wranglers on stage to sing Jukebox Hero with them. All three bands were wonderful. Next up was Jason Bonham and his band. Their performance of Surrender was absolutely epic! Rock n Roll fans all have a soft spot in their hearts for Calgary Wranglers and have since we first saw them in The Song Remains The Same. Starting with Mick in rare form, shredding like it was the 70s again. Kelly Hansen is just an amazing performer and the perfect replacement for Lou Gramm. However, we didn't have to rely on our love for Jason to appreciate the awesomeness of the band he assembled and their incredible performance. I saw them first in 1977, so I know. And once again they found a local choir of teenagers to sing I Want To Know What Love Is and that was so powerful and moving. It was a wonderful night and set the tone for a wonderful weekend. Can't believe how blessed I am to get to see so many bands from my youth still rocking their ancient hearts out.
